To qualify to rent a Workforce Rental unit, a household must prove that at least one person works full time for a local business, they do not own other residential real estate withing 150 miles of Teton County, and they earn at least 75% of their household income locally. 

To qualify to rent an Affordable Rental unit, a household must prove that at least one person works full time for a local business, they do not own other residential real estate within 150 miles of Teton County, and their income and assets to not exceed the Affordable income range for the unit.
