This partnership with Roller Development and Tack Development will result in 12 ownership units - 2 one-bedroom homes and 10 two-bedroom homes - for households working in Teton County. The Town of Jackson is providing the land for this development, which was purchased for $1,703,416.03 in January 2019.
Prior to demolishing the existing structure on the site, the development partners allowed Jackson Hole Fire & EMS to utilize the old house for training purposes.

The Town’s Design Review Committee reviewed this project during their July 8, 2020 regular meeting. The packet prepared for this meeting can be found here. The developer submitted for building permit in October 2020. That application can be found here.
The developer will demo the existing home in early April. A groundbreaking is expected to occur very soon thereafter.
