The event sponsorship applications for FY’22 events, (Sept. 25, 2021-June 4, 2022), is available today, 2/12/21.
The JHTTB will only accept proposals for the following dates: New & Existing Events:
Fall Events – September 25 thru December 20th, 2021
Winter/Spring Events - January 1st thru June 4th, 2022

The JHTTB has one sponsorship funding period but awards the events in two cycles. Events that will occur between September 2021 and March 2022 will be notified of awarded funds following the May board meeting, after the budget has been approved by the Town & County. Events that will occur between April 2022 and June 2022 will be notified of awarded funds after the October board meeting.
