Future Neighborhood at 90 Virginian Lane

Rendering 1

90 Virginian Lane is the future location of more than 200 homes for local workers and their families.

This new development, located in the Midtown Neighborhood, will feature significant bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, including nonmotorized pathways and bicycle barns, plus hundreds of bicycle parking spaces for long-term and short-term storage. The development is conveniently located next door to the Teton County Library, on a bus route, and close to downtown jobs, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Karns Meadow, and the Wildlife Trailhead that connects to more than 100 miles of singletrack trails.

The development is slated for groundbreaking in 2026. One, two, and three-bedroom for rent and for sale homes will be available, serving households earning 50% median income to >200% median income

90 Virginian Lane was purchased by the Jackson Teton County Housing Authority in 2023 for the purposes of building a new Affordable & Workforce Housing neighborhood. A request for proposals for a development partner was released in November 2023, with 11 firms responding from across the nation. In August 2024, the Town Council and County Commission directed staff to work with Pennrose LLC to develop the site with at least 200 homes for local workers and their families.
